Tallow Ball was adapted to the theater by Méténier Oscar (1859-1913), a comedy in 3 acts and 4 scenes, including the first performance took place on May 5 1902 at the Theatre Antoine, directed by Andre Antoine (1858-1943), also director of the play. The scenery was signed Menessier. We noted in the distribution: Dumény in the role of Breville, in the Matrat Loiseau, Luce Colas that of Tallow Ball and Ellen Andree in that of Madame Loiseau.
